Designed by Joe Adams and built by the Buizen Brothers, this impressive bluewater cruiser provides ultimate comfort and safety in any conditions. Having been cruised extensively up and down Australia’s east coast and through Southeast Asia, Dancer has certainly proven her strength and capability.
With two helm stations, sailors can remain out of the weather, and the vessel is designed to be easily managed shorthanded. This vessel is a great example of the design and has been superbly maintained and extensively upgraded.
Her internal fitout quality is excellent, and the pilothouse creates single-level living with panoramic visibility. The saloon features a timber dinette to seat six in comfort. The galley comprises a 3-burner stove, oven, large fridge and freezer, microwave and extensive bench space.
The internal helm station is very well equipped with quality electronics, including autopilot, VHF and HF Radio, radar, depth sounder, and navigation computer.
The accommodation is ideal for a family or cruising with friends. There is a private cabin forward with double v-berth, second cabin with double bunks (very rare for this model), and additional accommodation in the saloon when required.
The spacious cockpit is well protected and features a stunning fold-out dinette for alfresco entertaining. A furling headsail and in-mast hydraulic furling mainsail make single-handed sailing a breeze, and the decks are easy and safe for movement underway with high bulwarks adding security in challenging conditions.
Dancer features new 2017 Craftsman CM 4 80HP engines providing easy cruising at 7-7.5knots at 1800RPM using only 3.6L per hour. She also features a new gearbox, stainless steel dinghy davits, new 2016 standing rigging and much more.
