1997 Custom Schooner | The Blue
The Blue is a custom Schooner built in Turkey and brought to Thailand by her current owner for personal use and occasional charter.
Very well set up, The Blue was used as the home vessel for the upcoming Netflix series, The Blue, and has enjoyed many recent upgrades.
She features five cabins in various configurations, including an expansive master suite, three double cabins, another cabin with three single berths plus additional aft accommodation for crew.
Originally featuring a varnished hull, she was repainted to keep her cooler in the tropical climate and features full air conditioning, two gensets, and a comprehensive suite of sails for silent running.
The Blue has a recently renovated galley and an expansive teak deck that enjoys full cover for cool protection from the sun. With numerous areas to relax around the yacht, The Blue is the ultimate vessel to take advantage of Southeast Asia’s spectacular cruising grounds.
A decent-sized 4.8m RIB takes care of all the shoreside activities and transport to and from the Schooner, while there are also a couple of kayaks included. Currently lying in Phuket, The Blue can be made ready at a moment’s notice to explore the region, one of the world’s most renowned tropical escapes.
