The Yacht Sales Co. are seeking a full‑time, permanent Service & Project Coordinator (Marine) to join our friendly, supportive team based at our Gold Coast Sales Centre at The Boat Works in Coomera, Queensland.
What You’ll Do
Coordinate, schedule, and oversee after sales and service works across new and pre-owned power and sailing vessels, generally ranging in LOA: 12 meters – 20 meters.
The role ensures service works are scoped accurately, executed safely and on time, with clear communication to our boat owners with meticulous CRM record‑keeping.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with industry trade and supply chains to deliver a seamless client experience.
- Schedule and manage works with relevant trades and suppliers
- Conduct regular site checks to capture progress updates and photos
- Meet with clients and trades to scope works and align expectations
- Maintain accurate CRM and other records
- Proactively keep customers informed on milestones
- Work with our sales team to scope out potential service offerings for their clients
- Being a profit center for the business, attention to detail is essential on general administration
Skills & Experience:
- Strong organisation and planning
- Attention to detail
- A practical understanding of boats and onboard systems (training provided)
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills
- Competent with email, MS Office, and CRM platforms (HubSpot a plus)
- Problem solving and Self-confidence essential
- Positive demeanor with the ability to work with building our team
- Pride in workplace presentation
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Full, clean Australian driver license (or equivalent)
- Reliable motor vehicle
- Boat License
- Right to work in Australia
