With a lifelong connection to the marine industry, Charlotte grew up immersed in her family’s marine business and spent her childhood cruising New Zealand’s coastline—where her deep passion for boating first began.
Originally trained as a graphic designer, Charlotte has since built over 20 years of experience across the creative and marketing industries. Her diverse background spans creative agencies, property development, and the marine electrical sector, bringing a unique blend of creativity and industry insight to her role.
Outside of work, Charlotte enjoys time on the water, home renovations, and making memories with her family.
