With a lifelong connection to the marine industry, Charlotte grew up immersed in her family’s marine business and spent her childhood cruising New Zealand’s coastline – where her passion for boating first began.
Originally trained as a graphic designer, Charlotte built more than 20 years of experience across the creative, marketing, and marine electrical sectors. This diverse background has equipped her with a rare blend of creativity, operational insight, and industry expertise.
Now as Head of After Sales & Service for The Yacht Sales Co., Charlotte is dedicated to ensuring every owner enjoys exceptional support long after their yacht has been delivered. She leads our service team across the Asia Pacific, continually enhancing the efficiency, responsiveness, and overall experience of our after-sales care.
Charlotte is also focused on expanding the range of services and solutions available to owners, helping them protect, maintain, and enjoy their yachts with complete confidence.
Outside of work, Charlotte enjoys time on the water, home renovations, and making memories with her family.
