Vanessa Davis

While many people take years to find their career path, Vanessa was already building hers before finishing school. Starting a school-based traineeship at Pacific Ford on the Sunshine Coast at just 14, Vanessa quickly demonstrated a strong work ethic, completing Business Management Certificates 2 and 3. Her dedication earned her a full-time administrative role at Pacific Ford after high school where she spent almost seven years. During this time, Vanessa managed to balance a growing career with personal milestones, including having her first child with her husband Chris, purchasing and clearing a block of land, and building their first home in the Sunshine Coast hinterland – all before the age of 22.

Vanessa then shifted gears, taking on a role in the Finance department at Sunstate Motorcycles, where she spent the next nine years honing her expertise. Her outstanding skills eventually brought her to The Yacht Sales Co. team, where she quickly made an impact. Now a mother of three daughters, Vanessa has transformed our systems, improved efficiency and brought a dynamic energy that keeps us all on our toes.

Her commitment, drive and unwavering attention to detail make her an invaluable asset to the company.
