AFFILIATE CLIENT REGISTRATION FORM – Seller

If you are an approved TYSC Affiliate, please use the below form to register your clients with us.

REFERRAL CONDITIONS

  • You must only register a client if you have made them fully aware that you are passing on their contact details to TYSC.
  • TYSC will advise the client in our first communication that we have received their contact details from you.
  • You must have explained to the client that they will receive a call and/or email from a sales consultant and that they will receive marketing emails from TYSC, until they unsubscribe.
  • All required fields must be completed with correct information for the registration to be considered valid and potential referral payment payable.
  • Applicable referral payment will be paid if the referred client purchases a new or pre-owned yacht within 12 months of the date you entered the referral.
  • Referral payments will be made at the time of settlement of pre-owned yachts, or at the time of delivery for new yachts.
  • Referral will only be valid if the client does not already exist in our database, proof will be provided to you where a contact already exists.
  • If a contact already exists in our database, but there has been no contact for a long period (at management’s discretion) we may still consider this contact a referral, as you have resurfaced their interest.
  • The contact will be allocated to the sales consultant we believe best fits the location and needs of the client.
  • Where possible you will have the opportunity to be involved in the communication between the sales consultant and the client, providing you a great opportunity to learn the process. The client will first be asked if they are comfortable with this.
  • TYSC will update you if the deal you have referred is successful or if we decide the deal is lost.
