Warranty Requests
Warranty requests are handled by our friendly After-Sales team based in Queensland, Australia. Our team offers warranty support for all New Yachts collected from the factory, wherever in the world your yacht may be located.
All warranty requests should be made via our online Warranty Request Form. This form ensures we receive all the required details at the start of the request so we can deal with your query as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Warranty requests are monitored on Queensland business days, 8.30am – 5pm Queensland time (AEST/Australian Eastern Standard Time). Requests received outside of these hours will be handled on the next business day.
