With five watertight compartments per hull, deep bilges and forward crash zones, Q2 delivers true offshore reliability and peace of mind.

Her sailing performance is equally impressive—cruising easily at over 9 knots and surfing above 12, she handles ocean miles with speed and confidence. Q2 recently completed a Pacific circuit from New Zealand to Japan via Tonga, Fiji, Vanuatu and Micronesia, clearly demonstrating her capability.

Below deck, Q2 offers a warm and welcoming interior crafted from heartwood kauri sourced from the first owner’s property. The layout is ideal for liveaboard life, featuring two queen aft cabins, two single berths forward, two heads, a U-shaped galley-up and a washer/dryer. Systems include twin Yanmar diesels, Furuno instruments, Andersen winches and a comprehensive range of cruising equipment and spares.

Q2 has been extensively upgraded between 2022 and 2024, with over AUD $175,000 invested to enhance performance, comfort and reliability. She is currently cruising the tropical South Pacific, fully commissioned and ready to continue offshore.
