How Does the Buyer Broker Service Work?
We will assign you a dedicated Sales Consultant who will:
- Discuss your specific requirements.
- Search for and identify yachts that meet your criteria, both locally and internationally.
- Contact you as soon as we locate a suitable match or list a yacht that aligns with your preferences.
- Vetting Listings: We’ll assess whether a yacht matches your criteria and connect with the appropriate parties on your behalf.
- Negotiation & Offer: Once we confirm the yacht is the right choice, we’ll help you negotiate the price and draft an offer on The Yacht Sales Co. letterhead, including conditions designed to protect you.
- Secure Deposit Handling: Your deposit will be held in our secure account, providing added peace of mind.
- Inspection & Trial Support: Where possible, we’ll accompany you to inspections and assist with the survey and sea trial process, ensuring no detail is overlooked. If issues arise, we’ll renegotiate the price for you if necessary.
No Cost to You
Our service is completely free! We share the commission with the seller’s broker, so there’s no additional expense for you. The only requirement is that The Yacht Sales Co. makes the initial enquiry to the selling broker on your behalf. Contact us for more information.
