Fountaine Pajot New FP41 Earns Prestigious International Award Nominations

  • September 14, 2025

Fountaine Pajot’s new FP41 sailing catamaran has been nominated in the prestigious European Yacht of the Year (EYOTY) Awards, underscoring the model’s outstanding design, innovation and performance on the world stage.

The FP41 has also received nominations for Multihull of the Year at the SAIL Best Boats Awards and Boat of the Year with Cruising World Magazine, further cementing its status as one of the most exciting new releases in 2025.

Set for its Asia Pacific premiere at the Sydney International Boat Show with The Yacht Sales Co., the FP41 embodies the perfect balance of elegance, performance and liveability. Available with either a traditional internal combustion or innovative hybrid electric drivetrain (ODSea+), this 12-metre sailing catamaran delivers exceptional autonomy for extended cruising.

The FP41 offers expansive volume and living space rarely found in its class, while maintaining impressive handling offshore and playful responsiveness near shore. Its popular double helmstation, positioned at mid-height, provides the skipper with uninterrupted views of sails and sea while remaining connected to guests in the cockpit and on the sundeck.

Onboard, life is a delight with multiple dedicated relaxation zones, including sun loungers on the bimini, a forward coachroof lounge and a decadent lounge built into the port transom. The three-window saloon flows seamlessly into the aft cockpit, creating a light-filled hub for entertaining and relaxation.

Owners can select from two versatile layouts: the ‘Maestro’ version, featuring an exclusive owner’s suite spanning the port hull, or the ‘Quator’ version, with up to four cabins and four bathrooms. Both configurations boast wide beds, generous storage, and panoramic windows to maximise natural light.

For the first time, buyers can visualise and tailor their yacht with the Fountaine Pajot 3D Configurator Tool, choosing layouts, finishes and options to create a catamaran that perfectly suits their cruising style.

“These award nominations affirm the FP41’s remarkable design and its ability to set new benchmarks for modern cruising catamarans,” said Greg Boller, The Yacht Sales Co. Fountaine Pajot General Manager.

“We are thrilled to see the model recognised so strongly on the international stage and are confident it will be enthusiastically embraced by buyers in Asia Pacific,” Greg said.

The FP41 will be available to inspect at the 2025 Sydney International Boat Show on Darling Harbour from 13-16 November with The Yacht Sales Co. , and appointments can be booked at https://yachtsalesco.com/boat-shows-events/the-yacht-sales-co-2025-sibs/.
