With nearly 20 years of experience in high-stakes sales and project management, Joslin has developed a strong expertise in aligning multinational operations with overarching corporate strategy. His mission is to drive sustainable growth across the dealerships acquired by the Fountaine Pajot Group. Guided by a deep commitment to excellence, he is passionate about cultivating collaborative environments that reflect the team’s spirit and align with the company’s culture.
Born in France he has always worked for international companies, he has lived in several countries including UK, USA and Australia. But his hometown is still La Rochelle in France where our beautiful Fountaine Pajot yachts are made! After the successful integration of the dealership in the USA, Joslin now looks after the integration of The Yacht Sales Co. into the Fountaine Pajot Group.
Outside of his professional life, Joslin enjoys hiking with his family, swimming and more recently, playing Pickleball.
