Mathieu Lindamulage

Born in Sri Lanka and raised in France, Mathieu brings a wealth of international maritime experience to his role as Technical Service Manager at The Yacht Sales Co., having spent much of his career working with naval vessels, yachts and maritime operations.

After 15 years of service in the French Navy, Mathieu retired at the age of 35, having specialised in radar and electronics. Throughout his naval career, he served aboard frigates, destroyers, nuclear-powered submarines and the aircraft carrier Charles de Gaulle, gaining extensive technical and operational experience in demanding environments around the world.

Following his naval career, Mathieu embarked on a new adventure in the yachting industry, working aboard superyachts and developing his expertise in yacht commissioning, logistics and deliveries across Europe, the Caribbean and Asia. This chapter allowed him to combine his passion for technical work, teamwork, problem-solving and international travel.

Having recently relocated to Brisbane, Australia, Mathieu is excited to begin his next chapter with The Yacht Sales Co. He looks forward to building relationships with the team, expanding his knowledge of the Australian marine industry and applying his extensive experience to his new role.

Outside of work, Mathieu has a passion for boats, watersports, scuba diving, hiking and karate. He also enjoys cooking, particularly French and Asian cuisine, and loves creating memorable meals for those closest to him.
