It would be remiss of me not to mention what an excellent ambassador Romain Crozon is for your company. He worked tirelessly when I was in La Rochelle, has the highest level of customer service ability and execution and was an absolutely unflappable resource. This compliment comes from someone (me) who worked for 30 years in the hotel, restaurant and hospitality business and was constantly evaluating and requiring additional training of our personnel’¦ or firing them, in my position as General Manager. I will always remember his reply when he was chasing Poshon or someone else to come and fix or repair something, I would ask Romain ‘œwill this be fixed on time’ he would say ‘œAlan, I am optimistic’ I heard this line many times and every time he was correct and made it happen.
