The ocean has shaped Will Anido’s life from a young age, beginning his career as a council lifeguard, a role he held for 20 years. His passion for the water led him to establish a stand-up paddleboarding (SUP) school while also working as an SUP instructor for The Academy of Surf. During this time, Will travelled the world, from Finland to Peru, teaching aspiring instructors and sharing his expertise in operating SUP schools.
For the past six years, Will has worked as a yacht skipper, managing a wide variety of sailing catamarans and monohulls. He is now focused on passing on his knowledge and enthusiasm to other cruising enthusiasts, helping them embark on their own ocean adventures.
