The Nautitech Open 40 is constructed from closed-cell foam making the hull more resistant to impact and water absorption. Catabella also features solid composite bilges, sacrificial keels, and a series of strategically placed watertight bulkheads which make it one of the safest offshore cruising catamarans available on the market.

The Open 40’s slimline hulls provide a waterline that slices through the water, while providing a spacious interior and all-important structural rigidity. With aerodynamic keels, the Open 40 reaches a level of performance usually offered by daggerboard catamarans.
