2022 Seawind 1600 Passagemaker | Go Dog Go II

Go Dog Go II is an impressive 2022 Seawind 1600 Passagemaker, combining genuine performance sailing capability with the space, comfort and self-sufficiency required for serious long-distance cruising. Designed by acclaimed naval architects Reichel/Pugh, she is presented in the highly desirable three-cabin owner’s layout and has seen relatively light use, presenting in immaculate condition.

Built using vacuum-infused vinylester composite construction reinforced with carbon fibre and Kevlar, Go Dog Go II is engineered with performance and strength firmly in mind. Her retractable daggerboards and removable rudders reduce draft to approximately 0.60m with the boards raised, providing exceptional versatility when exploring shallow anchorages while retaining the sailing performance expected from this sophisticated design.

The sought-after owner’s configuration dedicates the starboard hull to a spacious private suite with queen island berth, generous storage and ensuite bathroom. The sailing package includes a 100m² Doyle fully battened mainsail, 44.5m² self-tacking jib and 92.5m² screecher, complemented by a carbon-fibre bowsprit. Seven Harken 50 cockpit/mast winches, including three electric units, plus dedicated Antal daggerboard winches provide an efficient setup for short-handed sailing. The inventory describes the lightly used sail wardrobe as being in excellent condition.

Navigation is handled by a comprehensive B&G electronics suite, including Zeus3S 9-inch and 16-inch multifunction displays, radar, NAC-3 autopilot, AIS transceiver, wind instrumentation and VHF. Completing the cruising package is a Highfield CL340 aluminium RIB with Yamaha 15hp outboard, Maxwell electric windlass, solid composite bimini and full aft cockpit enclosure.
