2013 Dufour 405 GL | Just Kiddin

Set up for cruising, Just Kiddin was purchased with all the factory options, including plush washable leatherette cushions on the large U-shaped lounge and the settee/nav station opposite, upsized 55hp Volvo diesel with low hours, bow thruster and electric halyard winch.

Comfortable mattresses in the sizeable V-berth and aft double enhance the comfort onboard. The dining table conveniently converts to create another double bed and the settee/nav table drops to create a single to accommodate extra guests. There is also an abundance of storage under benches and in cupboards around the saloon.

The well-appointed galley to starboard with huge top and front accessing fridge/freezer includes plenty of storage space with the all-important wine rack incorporated under the floor.

The access door to starboard aft reveals a huge storage room/workroom for sails, sheets and spares. These are all accessible from the cockpit as well.

One of the many standout features of this boat is the ‘˜best-in-class’ sized cockpit. This area is ideal for entertaining with its extendable table while being snug and secure underway with a new dodger and bimini.

Just Kidding is a dream to sail with all lines reaching back to the cockpit for excellent short-handed management. The current owners have also found she holds her own in the local sailing club regattas, having achieved some impressive recent results.

The drop-down transom allows for easy and safe dockside boarding, and her twin-wheel wheel steering provides a great view around the boat.  The yacht also includes a Raymarine Nav package with E90 Chart plotter and ST70 data displays.

Renowned for her excellent heavy-weather sailing capability, the Dufour 405 is equally nimble in light breezes and displays tight windward performance.
