Adrian | 2002 Amel Super Maramu Kaiman

In March 2024, Adrian found himself at a crossroads. After years of chasing professional ambitions and trading one deadline for the next, he decided it was time to answer a different kind of call—the call of the ocean. That’s when he purchased Kaimin from our Tahiti Sales Consultant Gilles Haudrechy.  Kaiman is a 2002 Amel Super Maramu 2000 – a vessel unlike any Adriane had encountered before.

Kaimin is a rare, uniquely crafted sailing boat designed for long-range cruising. Sleek and agile, yet sturdy enough to brave the open ocean, the Super Maramu class was born from a tradition of Polynesian design fused with modern engineering. Her hull moved through the water with a whisper, and her lines were elegant, almost poetic. But what truly set Kaimin apart was her soul. She was a diver’s boat, through and through—equipped with a built-in dive compressor, spacious storage for tanks and gear, and a rear swim platform that doubled as the perfect entry point into the deep.

She was, in every way, the ideal boat for Adrian. A vessel built for exploration, solitude, and the silent wonder of the underwater world. But life, as always, had its own tides. Despite purchasing Kaimin in March, Adrian’s professional commitments kept him tied to the desk rather than the helm. Time and again, plans were made to fly to Tahiti—where Kaimin was lying—and time and again they were postponed. Weeks turned into months. The Pacific waited, patient and unmoved.

Parallel

Oscar C. | Nautitech 46′ Open | Parallel

In March 2024, under the swaying palms of Tahiti and the watchful gaze of the Pacific sun, Oscar made a decision that would chart a new course in his life. He purchased Parallel, a Nautitech 46′ Open catamaran—a sleek, modern vessel designed not just for sailing, but for living. With its distinctive open layout, dual helm stations, and a massive suite of solar panels feeding powerful lithium batteries, Parallel wasn’t just a boat—it was freedom.

For Oscar, Parallel was the ideal floating home. Already a seasoned sailor and entrepreneur, he had been running a successful charter business in Mexico, where turquoise waters and reliable trade winds had become his backyard. But he’d always dreamed of something more—a vessel that could double as an off-grid mobile office, a self-sufficient home on the sea, and maybe even a new business model.

The Nautitech 46′ Open was everything he had been looking for. It offered the perfect balance between performance and comfort: spacious saloon merging into the cockpit with panoramic views, dual hulls housing private cabins, and the open bridge deck that invited the breeze and conversations under the stars. But what truly set Parallel apart was her solar array. With an impressive range of panels lining her roof, she drank in sunlight and turned it into silent, clean power. The lithium battery bank meant Oscar could run his work-from-anywhere setup, keep the fridge stocked, and still have power for night sails without ever hearing the hum of a generator.
