The Yacht Sales Co. is one of New Zealand’s leading yacht brokerage companies, specialising in both new and pre-owned sail and power vessels. As part of an established international brokerage network, we represent a strong portfolio of brands and enjoy an excellent reputation across New Zealand and the wider Pacific.

Due to continued growth, we are looking to appoint a dynamic and motivated Yacht Broker to be based full time in and around Whangārei, New Zealand—serving as our primary representative in this key market and driving our presence locally.

The Opportunity

This is an exciting role for driven sales professionals who are passionate about boating and thrive in a relationship-driven, results-focused environment. You’ll be supported by a strong internal sales, marketing, and administrative team, allowing you to focus on what you do best—building relationships and closing deals.

• Proven sales experience (marine industry experience preferred, but not essential)
• A strong customer-first mindset with excellent communication skills
• Self-motivated, professional, and results-driven
• Ability to build long-term client relationships
• Sound time management and organisational skills
• A genuine passion for boating, yachting, or the marine lifestyle
