This week-long festival, held from 18 – 23 November 2024, is a fun-filled event that is open to all vessels and crew completing an ocean passage into New Zealand as well as anyone simply interested in boats and blue water sailing.
A family-friendly schedule of racing (including the Pacific Cruisers Cup), social action, information seminars, prizes, parties and entertainment will delight every visitor and participant.
As well as the program of sailing, you can explore the impressive tall ship R.Tucker Thompson in the Bay of Islands Marina, join a scenic hike around some of New Zealand’s most spectacular natural sites, visit the famed Waitangi Treaty Grounds, pick up a bargain at the Swap Meet, and meet plenty of new friends who share your passion for cruising.
