French-born, Fabian built his maritime career by leading the activities of DCNS Naval Group in South America for over a decade, where he gained invaluable experience and negotiation skills working with military submarines and surface ships. When he moved to Australia, where he lived for 14 years, Fabian founded Trusted Negotiator, a successful business focused on high-stakes negotiations, coaching executives to close major deals across various industries.

Joining The Yacht Sales Co was Fabian’s opportunity to blend his maritime passion with negotiation skills, and repurposed his expertise to yacht brokerage. Fluent in English, French, Italian, and Spanish, and with years of global experience, Fabian expertly helps clients navigate the yacht market with confidence. He is all about building strong relationships and making sure his clients feel supported through every step of their yachting journey.

“Ken & Kell” are a seasoned husband-and-wife team with over 35 years of experience successfully owning and operating a construction business in Western Australia. While Ken specialised in hands-on operations, Kell managed the management and a team of over 100 people. They attribute their success to their strong work ethic, driven by a commitment to supporting their family and their shared passion for sailing.

For 30 years, Ken & Kell have lived aboard their yacht, cruising extensively throughout the South Pacific and Southeast Asia.
