The Yacht Sales Co are seeking a Service Admin Assistant to join our friendly team based at our Gold Coast Sales Centre at The Boat Works in Coomera, Queensland.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
This full-time position primarily involves:
- Handling incoming requests (via phone, email and online) to the service department, distributing these jobs to the service manager or directly to the service team.
- Ordering, receiving, packaging and sending spare parts.
- Reconciling the service team’s credit card statements and expenses.
- Process and track warranty claims with yacht manufacturers using their extranet systems.
- Matching supplier invoices to their applicable job and processing for payment by the accounts team.
WHAT TO BRING
The successful applicant will:
- Have extremely high attention to detail.
- Be proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Have used CRM software in past roles.
- An advantage (but not required) would be prior experience with spare parts ordering processes, possibly in the auto industry.
The role will be based at our Gold Coast Sales Centre at The Boat Works shipyard in Coomera.
REMUNERATION
- Salary is negotiable according to qualifications and experience.
