Calliope is a spacious 2016 Bavaria Cruiser 56, designed by Bruce Farr and delivering outstanding comfort and space.
Not only is she exceptionally roomy, but Calliope is a capable blue-water vessel that provides excellent performance for the long hauls.
Comprising a four-cabin layout with a versatile fifth cabin/storage area in the bow, this yacht is perfect for the cruising family. She features a huge owner’s cabin with walkaround king-sized bed and an ensuite with separate shower and head.
An additional bathroom is located aft of the saloon to share between the king guest cabin to starboard and twin single cabin in the port aft (which can be converted to another king bed). There is also a separate twin bunk cabin, ideal for children or extra guests.
The air-conditioned saloon sparkles with brand-new upholstery on the huge settee, and the expansive hull windows and large coachroof hatches usher in ample natural light.
The U-shaped galley is comprehensively equipped and features a large-capacity fridge/freezer and new stove. The nav seat and table can also double as a convenient breakfast nook, facing the galley.
Her current owners have ensured that Calliope is ‘ocean ready’ with new gearbox and engine mounts, antifouled and all underwater cocks and seals serviced while out of the water. She also has had genset, engine and watermaker serviced, as well as new electrical wiring and bilge pumps.
